Private + Group Sessions

I love the extra focus and attention that I can offer during one-on-one or small group classes. Contact me and we can find a time and place that works for both of us.

Offerings:

  • 45, 60 and 75 minute group classes (4 person minimum /rates depending on class details)
  • Workday yoga breaks (45 or 60 minute classes in your conference room!)
  • Private instruction for individuals or small groups ($80/hour)

I am comfortable with small-group classes (4-10 people) as well as larger community classes (up to 40 people).

I’m drawn to community yoga classes that make the practice accessible to all. I also lead classes in conference rooms for people like me who appreciate the chance to get out from behind the desk, move and breathe! Please join me around town or contact me about private bookings.
